Early voting kicked off across Georgia Monday, Oct. 12 and Baldwin County voters were out early to cast their ballots. A line wrapped around the front of the new county annex building as citizens waited to vote in the general election. Baldwin County has already set a new all-time high for the number of registered voters with  26,979 eligible to cast ballots.
