All non-emergency departments of the Baldwin County Courthouse and law enforcement will be closed in observance of Christmas.

10 a.m. to noon: Digital Bridges Open Computer Clinic is open in the Knight Community Innovation Center, 127 W. Hancock St. Work station availability is limited. The clinic is designed to teach basic skills to adult beginning computer users. Participants may come with specific questions or for general knowledge. Saturday, Dec. 24

L&L Market is open at L&L Farm Mart on the corner of Hancock Street and Roberson Mill Road. Vendors may reserve a spot by calling or dropping by during the week. The community is invited to drop by and purchase any number of handmade, homemade, or home grown items.

Monday, Dec. 26

Noon to 4 p.m.: Harriet’s Closet, a free supply closet to help fill the needs of cancer patients, is open. The nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients in Central Georgia has relocated next door to Georgia Cancer Specialists building at Oconee Regional Medical Center. 5:30 p.m.: Milledgeville-Baldwin County Development Authority meets in the Chamber of Commerce office.

6 p.m.: “The Mourning After” a bereavement group sponsored by Hospice Care Options and the Georgia College Psychology Department is held in room 1-15 in the Georgia College Arts and Sciences Building. The event is free and open to the public. (478) 453-8572

7 p.m.: BINGO is held at the American Legion on Log Cabin Road. No one under the age of 18 is permitted. Refreshments are sold by the Ladies Auxiliary. (478) 452-8538

7:30 p.m.: The Oconee River Buskers Square Dance Club meets at the Walter B. Williams Recreation Center.

7:30 p.m.: Milledgeville Jaycees meet at Walter B. Williams Jr. Park.

Tuesday, Dec. 27

9  to 11 a.m.: MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) meet at Northridge Christian Church MOPS, 321 Log Cabin Road. 12:45 p.m.: The Milledgeville Kiwanis Club meets at the Milledgeville Country Club. Visitors are welcome to the program and to lunch with a club sponsor.

1 p.m.: The Eatonton Duplicate Bridge Club, an official member of the American Contract Bridge League, meets at the Eatonton Performing Arts Center on Madison Avenue in Eatonton. Come with a partner or e-mail Pat Turney at turney@plantationcable.net for a possible partner match.

4 p.m.: N.A.M.I. (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Oconee, a support group for consumers, family, and friends of individuals with a severe mental illness/brain disorder, meets in the Christian Education Building of Covenant Presbyterian Church at 440 N. Columbia St. (478) 452-8600.

6 p.m.: The Bicycling Club of Milledgeville meets in the parking lot behind Oconee Outfitters for its weekly road ride. Beginner pace for first hour, moderate pace later.

6 to 7:30 p.m.: The Oconee Suicide Prevention Coalition sponsors the Survivors of Suicide Support group providing an opportunity to people who have lost a loved one by suicide to connect with other survivors in a safe and healing environment at no charge.  6:30 p.m.: Milledgeville City Council meets at City Hall.
