MILLEDGEVILLE — Around 80 Georgia Military College Prep School sophomores learned about the realities they will face in the ‘real world’ after high school as they went through the Reality Check simulation Tuesday morning.
With the help of nearly 40 community volunteers, students realized how decisions impact their financial futures and possible obstacles they may face.
John Milledge Academy students went through the Reality Check program Monday, and Baldwin High School students will have the opportunity to face the same realities Friday.
The Reality Check program is put on by the Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce each year for local high school students.
