Court issues 45 indictments

MILLEDGEVILLE —

The Baldwin County Superior Court issued 45 indictments filed March 12.

Indictments by the grand jury do not indicate guilt or innocence. An indictment means the grand jury feels there is enough evidence to move forward with charges. 

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty. The indictments include:

• Delarius Hester aggravated assault;

• Levi Casper Jones possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of firearm during commission of crime;

• Lagabriel Ingram possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts obstruction of officer (misdemeanor) and disorderly conduct and public drunkenness;

• Kenta Roderick Hill driving while license suspended (felony), obstruction of officer (misdemeanor), operating unregistered vehicle and driving without a license;

• Demetrius Harden two counts selling and one count possessing cocaine;

• Brian Harden possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and obstruction of officer (misdemeanor);

• Gradonis Farley two counts criminal trespass, two counts obstruction of officer and one count terroristic threats and acts;

• William Alan Espinosa two counts obstruction of officer (felony), public drunkenness and disorderly conduct;

• Bernard Collins one count burglary in the second degree and burglary in the first degree;

• Daniel Eric Cobble two counts terroristic threats and acts;

• Douglas Cheek robbery by sudden snatching and influencing witness;

• Robert Blount theft by receiving stolen property (felony), criminal trespass and obstruction of officer (misdemeanor);

• Kenneth Bell aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts and two counts cruelty to children in third degree;

• Keith Anderson one count possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana (misdemeanor), possession of drug related objects and tampering with evidence;

• Tamarus Dante Hartry and Jessica Ann Driskill murder, two counts felony murder and concealing the death of another;

• Aundare Griffin Jr., Anthony Hitchcock, Decassio Myrick and Jaterrious Russell nine counts aggravated assault, while Russell had two counts possession of cocaine and obstruction of officer (misdemeanor) also;
