City Council meets today at City Hall

MILLEDGEVILLE — Milledgeville City Council meets today at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. The meeting agenda includes:

• opening of meeting by mayor - prayer; Pledge of Allegiance;

• adoption of March 11, 2014 Council meeting minutes;

• old business;

• new business - Ordinance O-1403-004 - First reading of an ordinance amending the Land Development Code to allow a special use of property located at 110 North Columbia  Street to allow five residences; Ordinance O-1403-005 - First reading of an ordinance amending the Land Development Code to allow a special use of property located at 600 South Wayne Street for use as a used car lot; Resolution R-1403-009 - Authorize an agreement with Municode Corporation for recodification of the Code of Ordinances; Resolution R-1403-010 - Authorize change in the bylaws of the Milledgeville-Baldwin County Economic Development Authority provide for the terms of the directors;  Resolution R-1403-011 - Authorize lease for copier in the City Hall West Annex Building; Resolution R-1403-012 - Authorize lease for copier in the Milledgeville Fire Department on Dunlap Road;

• appointments - reappointments to the City of Milledgeville Pension Committee; reappointments to Historic Preservation Board

• adjourn.
