School personnel prepare for Literacy Fair

MILLEDGEVILLE —

Media specialists of the Baldwin County public school system finalized plans for the upcoming Literacy Fair during their monthly meeting at Eagle Ridge Elementary School Tuesday afternoon.

Families will have the chance to learn about various literacy initiatives and family development opportunities within the community during the second annual Literacy Fair.

Hosted by the Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce’s Partners In Education Committee, the event is slated from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Milledgeville Mall.

The event will feature an array of activities, resources and materials for students and parents.
