MILLEDGEVILLE — Rachel Brooke Miller and Levi Thomas Wood were married April 20, 2013, at First Baptist Church of Milledgeville in a double-ring ceremony officiated by Pastor Jerry Bradley.

Rachel is the daughter of Johnny and Jan Miller of Milledgeville, and Levi is the son of Mike and Jackie Wood of Milledgeville.The bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne McKneely of Griffin and Mrs. Faye Miller and the late Buddy Miller of Milledgeville. The groom is the grandson of the late John Honican and the late Ruth Honican of Warner Robins and Mrs. Mildred Wood and the late Wade Wood of Milledgeville.

The bride entered the church at 5 p.m. and was escorted by her father, Johnny Miller. She wore a strapless gown of white lace featuring a sweetheart neckline with beading and pearls. Her maid of honor was her best friend, Kristen Pirie of Newnan. Bridesmaids were Sarah Miller and Hannah Miller, cousins of the bride, and Charis Barker, Mariah Thaxton and Ashah Wood, sisters of the groom. All were dressed in formal gowns of navy blue. Mikayla Barker, niece of the groom, served as the flower girl.

Mike Wood, father of the groom, was the best man. Ushers were Jordan Wood, Barak Wood, Micah Wood, Justus Wood, M'kade Wood, all brothers of the groom and best friend, Stephen Daniels.

Seth Barker, nephew of the groom, served as acolyte.

A reception was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Wood.

The bride is employed by the Vining Team of Coldwell Banker, Lake Oconee as the marketing coordinator. The groom is employed by Rebath of Milledgeville as the sales manager.

The couple honeymooned in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and is now residing in Milledgeville.
