Leslie Judith Jones became the bride of David Michael Simmons at 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 12, 2006, at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Fla.
The Rev. W. David McEntire officiated.
The bride was given in marriage by her father, Tullie Jones.
The bride is the daughter of Judy and Tullie Jones of Milledgeville and granddaughter of Hortease Brown, the late Walter Brown Jr., both of Milledgeville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Tullie Jones Sr. of Gordon. The groom is the son of Judy and Danny Simmons of Dalton and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Tommie Neely of Livingston, Tenn., and Mr. and Mrs. Sye Simmons of Chattanooga, Tenn.
Wedding participants were Matrons of Honor, Tricia Clark and Lisa Gray, both of Milledgeville and sisters of the bride; Best man were Danny Simmons of Dalton, father of the groom; honorary bridesmaids, Allyson Adams and Hope Pope, both of Milledgeville, Jennifer Cobb of Savannah, Summer Veal, Anna Kent and Kelly Simpson, all of Athens, Katherine Hurst of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Amanda Rogers of Atlanta, all friends of the bride; groomsmen, Steven Simmons of Nashville, Tenn., and Christopher Simmons of Birmingham, Ala., both brothers of the groom; ringbearers, Tyler Gray and Caleb Gray, both of Milledgeville, nephews of the bride.
The reception was held at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Fla.
They honeymooned at Atlantis in the Bahamas.
The couple resides in Dalton, Ga.
