GMC Prep honors outstanding Middle School student-athletes at the lake

MILLEDGEVILLE — The GMC Prep Athletic Department honored all middle school athletes with a special program Wednesday, May 11, at the GMC Lake Lot. The following awards were presented:

Football

Best Offensive — Dylan Efird

Best Defensive — Daniel Lane

Baseball

Best Offensive — Tyler MacCartee

Best Defensive — Tyler Thompson

Softball

Bulldog Award — Sutton Long

110 Percent Award — Kaylie Harding

Boys Soccer

    Georgia Military Prep School continued its winning ways over the weekend at the Georgia High School Association’s Girls State Track and Field Championships in Albany, beinging home multiple individual honors and a fourth place team finish.
