Aquinas defeats Bulldogs

The Union-Recorder

Irish Week didn’t end the way the Georgia Military College Prep varsity football team had hoped Friday, as the Bulldogs fell to Aquinas 31-0 on the road.

The Bulldogs’ offense continued to struggle in the game. For the second week in a row GMC Prep had problems moving the ball, and for the second week in a row the Bulldogs failed to score a touchdown.

The Irish broke out of their offensive slump, scoring a season-high in their first win of the season.

Georgia Military College Prep returns to action next week, playing host to Monticello. It is the Bulldogs’ homecoming game.
