Judy knows cooking

After my usual cleaning up on Saturday, I found myself pretty bored. And hungry.
I didn’t have time to re-stock my food supplies due to a fascination with television that day, so around 8:30 p.m., I decided to have a late dinner.
I’m cheap, or “frugal” as my uncle would say. Whatever word you want to use, the fact remains that I hate spending money.
An insatiable rumble in my stomach told me that I really have no choice but to go out for dinner. So I started thinking about a buffet. A fat man like me wants to gorge himself every once in a while.
I crossed the possibilities through my mind and decided on Judy’s Country Kitchen. I’d only eaten there once before, and some good ol’ Southern food fills both the belly and the spirit.
