Richard H. Clark obit, Nov. 14, 2013

MILLEDGEVILLE — Mr. Richard Henry Clark, 69, passed away Nov. 8, 2013. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013 at 3 p.m. in the Williams Funeral Home Chapel of Milledgeville. Interment will follow in the Sparta City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:30 until the service hour.

Mr. Clark was a native of Sparta and lived in the Milledgeville and Eatonton area all his life. He was the son of the late Henry Darden “Sonny Man” Clark and Agnes Elouise Daniels Clark and was preceded in death by a brother, Ernest Harold Clark. Mr. Clark was the owner of Clark Builders and had retired as a contractor. He loved hunting, fishing and Nascar.

Survivors include daughter, Pamela Clark Tapley of Gainesville; sons, Richard D. Clark of Eatonton and Don Clark of Newnan; step-son, Tony Kennedy (Teresa) of Milledgeville; sister, Mary Alice Smith of Milledgeville; and a number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Flowers accepted and for those who wish memorial contributions may be made to charity of donors choice.

Friends and family are invited to a memorial luncheon prior to the service at Northridge Christian Church, (west entrance) 321 Log Cabin Road, Milledgeville, at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16.
