Elizabeth Richardson Harrington

MILLEDGEVILLE — Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Richardson Harrington, 85, will be conducted Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013 at 4 p.m. in the Covenant Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Andy Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Baldwin Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at the church from 3:30 p.m. until the service hour.

Mrs. Harrington was a lifelong resident of Milledgeville, the daughter of the late William B. and Sarah Hines Richardson, and was the widow of the late Thomas Edward Harrington. She was a graduate of the Georgia State College for Women, retired from the Baldwin County Board of Education and was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her daughters, Debra Harrington of Milledgeville, Linda Harrington Lamb (Larry) of Birmingham, Ala.; granddaughters, April Humphrey Tapley (Shawn) of Milledgeville, Allison Humphrey Clanton (Anthony) of Atlanta and Mary Elizabeth Lamb of Ala.; great-granddaughter Madison Elizabeth Mullis of Milledgeville.
