Dorothy 'Dot' Dunn

MILLEDGEVILLE — Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Dunn, 63, passed away Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013 at 5 p.m. in Williams Funeral Home of Milledgeville Chapel with the Rev. Paul Baker and the Rev. Billy Lambert officiating. Interment will be private.

The family will be at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the service hour to receive friends.

Mrs. Dunn lived most of her life in Baldwin County. She was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Thelma Batchelor Simmons and was preceded in death by a brother, Lee Simmons. She worked at the Georgia War Veterans Home and was a member of Abundant Life and Hillside Church of God.

She is survived by her daughters, Stacie (Robert) Reynolds of Washington County and Amanda Sanders; grandchildren, Savanna Batchelor, Cristen Howard, Camden Sanders, Colin Sanders and Emerald Batchelor; sister, Mary Ann (Huel) Anderson all of Milledgeville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
