MILLEDGEVILLE — Mrs. Evelyn Pilcher Davis, 91, of Milledgeville passed away Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 10 a.m. in Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Milledgeville with the Rev. Sam Loyd officiating.

The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home & Crematory of Milledgeville Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Mrs. Davis was the daughter of the late Roger and Suzie Elizabeth   Pilcher, and the widow of the James Emory Davis. She was predeceased by her son, Jimmy Davis and step-father, Roscoe Myrick.

Mrs. Davis was a native of and lived in Macon for most of her life. She worked with her husband at Davis Marine in Macon until retiring and moving to Lake Sinclair. She was a long-time member of Macon Motorboat Club and a member of Sinclair Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Deborah Bush of Milledgeville; grandchildren, Dawn Tidwell of Milledgeville, Sheree (James) Bledsoe of Hillsboro and Billy Tidwell of  Macon; great-grandchildren, Kaylie, Karlie, Kera, Dylan, Hayley and Bryson; and a brother, Lane (Midge) Pilcher of Cleveland, Ohio.
