Arlene D. Murray Falkenberg Duncan obit, Nov. 12, 2013

MILLEDGEVILLE — Mrs. Arlene D. Murray Falkenberg Duncan, 75, passed away Friday, Nov. 8, 2013.  Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013 at 4 p.m. in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 2701 Irwinton Road, Milledgeville.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 3 p.m. until the service hour.

Mrs. Duncan was born and raised in Chicago, Ill. and made her home in middle Georgia between Baldwin and Wilkinson counties since 1981. She was the daughter of the late William Murray and Alice Dinsen Balazs and was preceded in death by her husband William Duncan. She enjoyed traveling, studying nature and loved to make people laugh. She attended the South Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Milledgeville, was a school bus driver for the Baldwin County School System and worked in the dentist office of Dr. Maxwell.

She is survived by her children, Larry (Cindy) Falkenberg of Gordon, Wanda Oplt of Warner Robins and Karen (Lee) Brown of Gordon; brother, William (Linda) Murray of Chicago; sister, Dorie Anderson of Colorado; step-children, Deborah (Mike) McGaha Edwards of Tennessee, Kathy Duncan of Kingsland, Regina Diaz of Florida, James Duncan of Gordon, William C. Duncan of Ohio, John F. Duncan, Greg (Debbie) Duncan, all of Kentucky and Randy Duncan of Indiana; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that Memorial Contributions be made.
