Mary Greene obit

MILLEDGEVILLE — Celebration of life for Ms. Mary Louise Greene of Milledgeville will be held on Friday, April 26, 2013. Service time is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. at the Chapel of All Faiths. Remains will be placed in state at noon. The interment will follow at Una Memorial Cemetery.

Ms. Greene was called home on Monday, April 22, 2013. Mary was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Parham Sr., and mother, Mary L. Allen Johnson and a brother, Wilbert Allen.

Her fond memories of love for her family will forever be cherished by her son, Ernest Greene Jr. of Milledgeville; devoted friend, Aisha Wesley; five sisters, Ella Louise Parham, Margaret Parks, Hattie Johnson, all of Milledgeville, Elizabeth (Richard) Morgan and Jannie (Ronnie) Hines, both of Atlanta; three brothers, Joseph (Annell) Parham, Samuel (Sharon) Johnson, both of Milledgeville, and Arthur Lee Brown; one grandchild, Ariel Greene; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
