MILLEDGEVILLE — The homegoing celebration for Mrs. Ethel M. DuPont will be held locally on Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014 from Zion Church of God in Christ on East Camden Street with viewing from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. funeral hour. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery on College Street in Gordon.

Mrs. Dupont, of 134 Richard Drive SE, entered rest on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014 at her residence.

Survivors include her daughter, Ms. Patricia DuPont of Sarasota, Fla.; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; step-mother, Mrs. Annie Mae Smith of Gordon; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Reese of Gordon and Mrs. Brenda Bonner of Haddock; four brothers, Mr. Marvin Smith of Milledgeville, Mr. Jack Smith, Mr. Robert Smith and Mr. Albert Smith, all of Gordon; and a host of other relatives.

Friends may visit the family at the residence.
