Ty Kennedy obit, July 23, 2013

MILLEDGEVILLE — Mr. Ty Kennedy, 19, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Williams Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Andy Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Heritage Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour.

Ty was a native and lifelong resident of Lake Sinclair. He was a member of Sinclair Baptist Church and attended Covenant Presbyterian. Ty was budding entrepreneur having started his handyman and lawn care businesses. Ty was a member of Boy Scout Troop 87 where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout.

He is survived by his parents, Francis and Tammy Kellar Kennedy of Lake Sinclair; sisters, Tia and Tamara Kennedy; brothers, Trenton Kennedy and Truett Kennedy; and grandparents Ann Kennedy, Buster Kellar and Artistine Kellar.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Crossroads Pregnancy Center or to the Gideons.
