MILLEDGEVILLE — Funeral services for Mr. Walter E. Kelsey Jr., 22, will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. in Williams Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Bradley officiating. Interment will follow in Heritage Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home in Milledgeville Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m.

Mr. Kelsey was a native of Baldwin County and had made his home in Warner Robins for the past one-and-a-half years, he was employed by Sonny's Barbecue and had attended the Milledgeville First Baptist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved fishing.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Jennifer (Emory) McWhirter of Warner Robins; father and step-mother Walter (Wendy) Kelsey of Milledgeville; a sister, Brittany Baugh; and brother, John (Kara Council) Kelsey; grandfather, Don Brantley; grandmothers, Edie Brantley and Jane Snow; and great-grandmother, Corrine Snow all of Milledgeville; a number of other relatives also survive.
