MILLEDGEVILLE — Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie Pauline Brown Moore, 88, of Gordon will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Williams White Columns Funeral Home in Gordon. Interment will be private.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home, from 10 a.m. until the service hour Thursday.

Mrs. Pauline passed away, Tuesday morning, Oct. 23, 2012, after a long battle with leukemia. A native of Jones County, she was the daughter of the late Fred O’Neal Brown and the late Fannie Clarene Bullington Brown.  She was predeceased by her sons, Larry Paul Moore and Gene Arthur Moore. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Gordon.

Survivors include her husband of 70 years, Ose Moore; daughter, Darlene (Philip) Moore Wright of Clarkesville; sons, Donald Moore and Roy Lee Moore of Gordon; sisters, Rose Young Wheeler, Mary Ann Layton, Alma Jeanes and Sandra Johnson; brothers, Jimmy Brown and Terry Brown; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Wilkinson County Relay for Life.
