Mr. Hatchett passed away Sunday, June 29, 2008. He was a lifelong resident of Baldwin County and the son of the late Margaret Ann Snow Thompson. Survivors include his wife, Mary Frances Pound Hatchett of Milledgeville; son, Johnathen Fernie Hatchett of Milledgeville; father and stepmother, Bill and Marie Day Hatchett of Milledgeville; sisters, Deborah Benson and Rebecca Moore, both of Milledgeville; brothers, Winford Hatchett of Irwinton, James Hatchett of Griffin, Richard Mayfield of Gordon, Kenny Hatchett of Atlanta, Carl Hatchett, Timothy Hatchett and Thomas Hatchett, all of Milledgeville; two stepchildren, Victoria Jordon and Gary Jordon Jr., both of Eatonton. The family will be at the funeral home to receive friends Thursday from 5 p.m until the service hour. Express online condolences at www.williamsfuneralhome.net.
