— Mary Teemer, age 64, of 2533 Jones Chapel Road, Sparta, died Friday, May 9, 2008, in an Atlanta hospital.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Sandy Run AME Church in Sparta with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Jerome W. McClain will officiate.
Survivors include her son, Charles Teemer of Sparta; three daughters, Charlyne Teemer, Karen Teemer, and Michelle Teemer, all of Illinois; two brothers, Johnny and David Harper of Sparta; two sisters, Ruthie Conyers of Augusta and Thelma Knighton of Jacksonville, Fla.; six grandchildren.
Ingram Brothers Funeral Home Inc., 249 Spring Street, Sparta, has charge of arrangements.
