MILLEDGEVILLE — Milledgeville native Nicole Boston-King had her career going in full swing in 2010 as a plus size model and representative for Curve Appeal to help fellow women and teens embrace who they are on the outside as well as the inside.

King’s background in cosmetology, jewelry design, pageant coaching and judging, and a radio talk show allows her to open doors for nearly 30 women and girls from Milledgeville-Baldwin County as part of Divas with Atti2ude. Convening throughout the year for various activities, events and fundraisers, programs are centered around the importance of education, domestic violence, home ownership and assisting women in small businesses.

The Next Top Diva competition is in the planning stages for 2013 which will spotlight females within the community for their hard work and achievements. Youth can enter the pageant contest for a chance to win the Top Diva high-heel shoe.

King foresees the organization growing into a world-wide phenomenon to help all females find the diva within them.

For more information about the organization or to join, call King at (404) 432-9442, or visit www.divaswithatti2ude.com.
