County commission meets today

MILLEDGEVILLE — The Baldwin County Board of Commissioners will hold a work session followed by a regularly scheduled meeting today in Commission Chambers Suite 319 at the courthouse.

The agendas are as follows:

• administrative/fiscal matters - update on Development Authority activities, executive director Matt Poyner; update on recreation policies/procedures/fees, Commissioner Tommy French; old business; new business;

• adjournment.



Following today’s work session, the county commission will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 6 p.m. The agenda is as follows:

• call to order;

• invocation;

• pledge of allegiance;

• approval of minutes;

• administrative/fiscal matters - Baldwin County ATCC Drug Testing Agreement, Amy Michaud, ATCC project director; bids for annual labor contract for reconstruction of roads, county engineer; Hancock County Mutual Aid Agreement, county manager/fire chief; EMA update, EMA director; Drug Task Force Grant Application and MOU, finance director; Ocmulgee Circuit Public Defender Services Agreement, finance director; county manager’s report; old business; new business;

• public comment period for non-agenda items; and

• adjournment.
