MILLEDGEVILLE — Marty Martin celebrated a revamped attitude and look to downtown Milledgeville’s Antebellum Inn Bed & Breakfast at Thursday’s Chamber ribbon cutting.

Martin, along with his Milledgeville native and WE tv president wife the former Kim Hall, purchased the North Columbia Street inn in June.

The Martins will use the inn as a residence a few times per year. Otherwise, the Antebellum Inn will continue boosted bed and breakfast operations.

The new ownership continues bringing upscale ambiance, while maintaining the historical integrity. Full-time manager Stacey Blair is assisting the new five-star direction.

"We arrived four months ago and kept it rolling," Martin said. "We upgraded quite a bit. It’s been a lot of fun."
