MILLEDGEVILLE — Local youth receive a lesson in the fingerprinting process from sheriff’s detectives Thursday as part of the Baldwin County Junior Deputy Camp.

The group also took a took of the jail and spoke with detention officers. Afterward, they visited the 911 center.

Junior Deputy Camp, sponsored by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, is a week of activities designed to help build positive relationships between local area youth and law enforcement.

This week, the local youth will also take part in presentations by Georgia Power, the Department of Natural Resources and the Baldwin County Fire Department.
