From staff reports
MILLEDGEVILLE — Baldwin County Fire Rescue and Milledgeville Fire Department’s second annual golf tournament to benefit Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation (GFBF) generated $4,800 Monday.
The foundation Executive Director Dennis J. Gardin and burn survivors thank the local firefighters for what they do on the job and in support of the organization’s charity work.
"Thanks to all who played and a special thanks to our business sponsors and prize contributors," County Fire Chief Troy Reynolds said. "Thanks to the committee members that helped with this and all the others with Baldwin County Fire Rescue that assisted."
Next year’s date has been set for Oct. 14.
