MILLEDGEVILLE —

Terry Ho’s Hibachi Express is slated to officially open for business Monday, April 15.

Housed in the former Long John Silver’s and A&W All American Food restaurant building next to Pizza Hut on North Columbia Street, the Japanese fast-food eatery has already set up new computer systems, menu boards and changed the interior color scheme.

Michael Brantley and Doug McDade of Tile Works of Milledgeville finished painting the exterior of the building early this week. New kitchen equipment is slated to be delivered and installed next week.

Hibachi Express will serve up Asian-inspired foods, including egg rolls, salads, wraps, hibachi meats, noodles, fried rice and grilled vegetables with Terry Ho’s famous yum yum sauce.
