High schools celebrate Homecoming 2013

MILLEDGEVILLE —

Local schools concluded homecoming week Friday with the crowning of their queens and a king. 

Georgia Military College Prep School’s Incoming President Lt. Gen. William Caldwell IV crowned Megan Bache as homecoming queen during Friday’s loss against First Presbyterian Day School.

John Milledge Academy crowned Kate Giddens homecoming queen for 2013 at halftime during the big win over Covenant. The crown was donated by J.C. Grant Co. and Jewelers of America.

Baldwin High School celebrated homecoming 2013 with a victory over the Rutland Hurricanes Friday and the crowning of homecoming queen Jaylnd Sanders and homecoming king Xavier Moss.
