Two victims were duct taped and robbed of around $300 cash early Tuesday in northeast Baldwin County, according to sheriff’s office officials. Warrants have been issued for the arrest of two suspects in the case, a father and son.

According to reports, at 1 a.m., three white males entered a Sinclair Marina Road residence assaulting the male and female occupants, while demanding money. The suspects took cell phones and the man’s wallet.

The Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office is securing warrants for the father and son duo. Joseph Walter Pagan, 39, and Joseph Lee Pagan, 17, have been identified as suspects in the case so far.

Warrants include two counts of armed robbery, aggravated assault and false imprisonment for each victim.

The suspects allegedly brandished a knife and a black pipe, while the unidentified male suspect used some type of long gun during the robbery, according to sheriff’s officials.

Capt. Brad King, of the BCSO, said the pipe was used to strike both victims.

“Both were certainly threatened with the knife and the firearm,” King said.

The man and woman were left restrained at the residence. One victim was able to get free and release the other, according to King.

County law enforcement officials are also looking for a blue 1995 Ford F-150 with tag number BTK0316 used during the crime.

Anyone with any information on the whereabouts of these individuals or vehicle is asked to call the BCSO at (478) 445-4891 or the anonymous tip line at (478) 445-5102.
