Court issues 62 Indictments

MILLEDGEVILLE — The Baldwin County Superior Court issued 62 indictments Wednesday, Nov. 20. 

Indictments by the grand jury do not indicate guilt or innocence. An indictment means the grand jury feels there is enough evidence to move forward with charges. 

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty. The indictments include: 

• Cleotavis Jordan theft by shoplifting (felony), serious injury by vehicle, DUI, reckless driving, leaving scene of accident, failure to report accident with injury, driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions, speeding, window tint violation and tire requirements;

• Dontavious Dixon burglary in first degree, Juhwan Fleming and Montrell Johnson burglary in first degree, armed robbery and aggravated assault and Quanterious Godfrey armed robbery and aggravated assault;

• Adriane Donte Walker attempted removal of weapon from public official, obstruction of officer (felony), giving false name, no driver’s license, failure to maintain lane and taillight violation;

• Jessica Batchelor aggravated assault;

• Adrian Baker possession of firearm by convicted felon;

• Kenneth Bell burglary in first degree;

• Timothy Bell theft by taking (felony);

• Delynda Kaye Bray possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving without insurance;

• Charles Brinkley terroristic threats and acts;

• Jeffrey Brown sexual assault by person with supervisory authority;

• Christopher Franklin Carruthers child molestation and statutory rape;

• Christopher F. Carruthers burglary in first degree;

• Alvin Carswell possession alprazolam with intent to distribute, two counts marijuana misdemeanor possession;

• Ronald Lewis Curtis two counts for selling oxycodone and misdemeanor marijuana possession;

• Tavarez Daniels sale of alprazolam, distributing alprazolam within 1,000 feet of school, possession of alprazolam with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute;

• Willie Dennis burglary in the first degree and two counts second degree burglary;

• Cortez Foster entering auto, five counts financial transaction card theft and two counts financial transaction card fraud;

• Paul Gallup cocaine possession and misdemeanor marijuana possession;

• Miketavious Gillis criminal damage to property in second degree and criminal trespass;

• Kimberly Glover attempt to commit unauthorized acquisition of controlled substances by deception;

• Chamikka Goodman theft by shoplifting misdemeanor and theft by shoplifting felony;

• Marquidious Goodman aggravated stalking and criminal trespass;

• Ernest Greene Jr. armed robbery;

• Lajarvis Harper theft by taking and theft by receiving stolen property felonies;

• Rachel Harrison possession of methamphetamine and marijuana misdemeanor;

• Adam Tory Hill burglary in first degree, theft by receiving stolen property felony, possession of firearm by convicted felon and interference with government property;

• Robert Howard failure to register as a sex offender;

• Johnny Gerald Knutson three counts homicide by vehicle in first degree;

• Khalil Hassan Lundy two counts burglary in first degree and one count entering auto;

• Bob Lester Johnson III possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and firearm possession by convicted felon;

• Daniel Newsome terroristic threats and acts and family violence battery;

• Christopher T. Rawlings felony marijuana possession and DUI;

• Mark Ridgeway burglary in second degree and possession of drug related objects;

• Carrol Rivens possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and crossing guard lines with drugs;

• Cortez T. Scott reckless conduct;

• Darryl Smith Jr. two counts aggravated assault;

• Richard Smith possession of methamphetamine and alprazolam, and entering auto;

• John Albert Stanley criminal damage to property in the second degree;

• William Sumrell hydrocodone possession;

• Supriadi possession of child pornography;

• Sabrina Thompkins two counts burglary in the first degree and obstruction of officer misdemeanor;

• Michael Thrasher possession of methamphetamine;

• Roy Timothy Trawick possession cocaine with intent to distribute;

• Forest Trease attempt to violate the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and use of a communication device to facilitate VGCSA;

• Kevin Wyman Tucker possess methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession marijuana misdemeanor;

• Cameron Deshaun Veal sell oxycodone;

• Shankita Latrice Webb aggravated assault;

• Monica Williams three counts selling marijuana, two counts distributing marijuana within 1,000 feet of a housing project and one count distributing marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school;

• Stephen Aber, Robert Faulk and Sterling Tidwell all single counts of possession methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of firearm during commission of a crime and possession of firearm by a convicted felon;

• Jamarvis Brown and Temarcus Cheely cocaine possession and Abram Barnes and Jamarvis Brown theft by receiving stolen property (felony) and misdemeanor marijuana possession;

• Edwin Bonner Jr. and Danny Powell two counts felony theft by taking;

• Israel Calistro and Gustavo Lopez possession of drugs by inmates, possession of telecommunications device by inmates, possession of weapons by inmates and two counts possession of items by inmates; Calistro and Lopez also were indicted for participating in criminal gang activity;

• Brandon Dearman and James Allen Suggs burglary in the second degree; Suggs criminal damage to property in second degree;

• Marcus Andrew Dunn failure to register as a sex offender and Lynn H. Ward providing false information regarding a sexual offender;

• Jack Allen Faulk forgery in the first degree and Brandi Leigh Herringdine forgery in first degree;

• Dextric Harris, Kuryakie Holley Jr. and Ladamius King possession marijuana with intent to distribute, possession marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of housing project, felony marijuana possession, possession of firearm during commission of a crime, criminial trespass; King possession of firearm by convicted felon;

• Dante R. Holsey and Brittney Robinson possession marijuana with intent to distribute; Holsey possession of firearm by convicted felon;

• Jacqueze Lundy and Terrience Nelson possession methamphetamine, drugs not in original container; Lundy failure to maintain lane, open container violation, seatbelt violation; Nelson two counts obstruction of officer and giving false name;

• Shawn Morgan and Brandy Register oxycodone possession; Morgan DUI;

• Michael Palmer, Patrick Renfroe and Quinton Franklin two counts aggravated assault; Renfroe theft by receiving stolen property, theft of lost of mislaid property and possession of firearm by convicted felon;

• Christopher Paschal and Netecia Waller possession marijuana with intent to distribute;

• Reginald Renfroe, Adriane Waller and Troy Williams burglary in second degree; Waller and Williams additional second degree burglary and theft by deception (felony) indictments.
