Arson reward offered

Baldwin County Fire Rescue and the sheriff's office are investigating a March 11 arson fire. 

At approximately 2:51 p.m. Monday, fire rescue responded to a 911 call at 116 Woodstone Road for smoke coming from the residence.  

There was no one home at the time of the fire. Luckily, firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze quickly, limiting the damage to the home's interior.  

Through investigation, Baldwin County's Fire Investigator Greg Hood determined it to be an intentionally set fire. 

Authorities are asking for public assistance in this case. 

There is up to a $10,000 reward offered through Georgia Arson Control for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible.
