MILLEDGEVILLE —

The pecan grove was full of live music and freshly grilled food Saturday, June 22. The Central State Hospital Local Redevelopment Authority teamed up with Z97 to host a free concert for the community.

Fall Line Ramblers and Free Lance Ruckus performed under the pecan trees while Metropolis Cafe and Baldwin Fire Rescue Department served fresh food. Guest appearances included Sparky the Fire Dog and more than 200 community members.

The Local Redevelopment Authority looks forward to having more usage of the pecan grove in the future for community.
