Baldwin Co. issues 91 indictments

MILLEDGEVILLE — A Baldwin County grand jury issued 91 indictments Tuesday. 

Indictments by the grand jury do not indicate guilt or innocence. An indictment means the grand jury feels there is enough evidence to move forward with charges. 

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty.

• Shontay Brown, Tashica Morgan and Andrianna Steele two counts false statements and hindering apprehension of a criminal each;

• Casey Crowley and Karen Crowley theft by receiving stolen property (felony), Casey for one count marijuana and methamphetamine possession;

• Quintavious Shantez Horton murder and felony murder;

• Jacob Garner and John Smith two counts burglary in the second degree and one count entering an auto;

• Perry Edmond Andrews one count theft by taking motor vehicle;

• Ashley M. Avant for interference with government property, possession of alcohol by person underage, DUI, driving while license suspended and failure to maintain lane;

• Curtis Baker one count terroristic threats and acts and family battery violence;

• Ricky Barnes one count false representations to obtain unemployment benefits;

• Dax Bolston theft by taking motor vehicle;

• Tiffany Bolston criminal interference with government property;

• Karen Bradner one count hindering apprehension of a criminal and obstruction of officer (misd);

• Jessie Brookins making false statements;

• Donald Brookins two counts child molestation;

• Robert Brown failure to pay for natural products;

• Priscilla Broadus false representations to obtain unemployment benefits;

• Deandre A. Butts one count terroristic threats and acts and simple assault;

• Rambo Butts marijuana possession with intent to distribute and felony marijuana possession;

• Robert Carter aggravated assault;

• Benny Chandler identity fraud;

• Marcus D. Chapman, Jr. one count terroristic threats and acts and harassing phone calls;

• Candace Chapple aggravated assault and three counts cruelty to children in the third degree;

• Ommie Christian aggravated assault;

• Teddarrel Cheek aggravated assault;

• Matthew S. Clay forgery in the second degree

• Matthew S. Clay possession methamphetamine, methadone, buprenorphine/naloxone and alprazolam;

• Rodriquez Davis identity fraud, two counts financial transaction card fraud and theft of lost or mislaid property (misd);

• Tommy Dodson failure to register as a sex offender;

• Emily Edwards possession of methamphetamine, hydrocodone, failure to keep drugs in original container and failure to maintain lane;

• Eunika Evans aggravated assault;

• Ralonda Evans aggravated assault;

• Shannon Evans aggravated assault;

• Spencer Fidler aggravated assault;

• Sabrina Fraley two counts aggravated assault;

• Johnny Frazier theft by receiving stolen property felony;

• James Gann possession of methamphetamine and marijuana (misd);

• William Paul Giles entering an auto;

• Janice Green possession hydrocodone, marijuana felony, two counts crossing guard line with drugs and two counts attempt to procure item for inmate;

• Aundare Griffin three counts criminal damage to property in first degree, theft by receiving stolen property felony and reckless conduct;

• Pamela Grimes possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and failure to maintain lane;

• Allen Hartley possession of hydrocodone and driving while license suspended;

• Kamal K. Hartry four counts theft by shoplifting felony;

• Kamal Hartry possession cocaine and marijuana (misd);

• Altovise Harris felony marijuana possession;

• Shavis Hicks transmitting a false public alarm;

• Melvin Hogan, Jr. theft by taking motor vehicle, driving while habitual violator and leaving the scene of accident;

• Darius Huff marijuana possession with intent to distribute;

• Cameron Hughes aggravated battery and aggravated assault;

• Michael Jackson possession of drugs by inmate;

• Aregina Johnson false statements;

• Brad Kendrick two counts terroristic threats and acts;

• Lateisha Lawson two counts false statements;

• Barbara McCann five counts forgery in the fourth degree and three counts forgery in the third degree;

• Donald Mendoza, III burglary, burglary in first degree and tampering with evidence;

• John Myrick child molestation and criminal trespass;

• Jon Lawson Neff two counts possession of methamphetamine, one count possession of marijuana (misd), theft by receiving stolen property felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon;

• Arthur Parham, Jr. sale of cocaine;

• Redell Patterson possession of methamphetamine and possession of drugs by inmate;

• Catavius Reaves possession of marijuana with intent to distribute;

• Jerry Renfroe terroristic threats and acts;

• Danny Reynolds two counts aggravated assault and two counts felony obstruction of officer;

• Travis Rich possession of drugs by inmate;

• Patrick Russell theft by taking felony, two counts identity fraud and two counts financial transaction card fraud;

• Dorothy V. Ryder possession methamphetamine, come inside guard lines of jail with drugs, driving while license suspended, driving without insurance, cracked windshield and speeding;

• Jay Cornelius Scott burglary in first degree;

• Jonathan Sikking aggravated battery;

• George Stewart six counts burglary in first degree and four counts theft by receiving stolen property (misd);

• Robert Stevenson possession methamphetamine, marijuana (misd) and disregarding traffic control device;

• Ambrusio Taylor possession of drugs by inmate;

• Becky Thigpen obstruction of officer felony and reckless conduct;

• Frank Thomas possession of communications device by inmate and drugs by inmate;

• Joseph Thomas failure to register as a sex offender and giving false name;

• Dorian Trawick two counts identity fraud;

• Timothy J. Ussery entering an auto;

• Terry Wade possession of drugs by inmate;

• Jessica Smith and Derrick Wright possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, marijuana possession (misd) and reckless conduct. Wright additional counts of trafficking in cocaine and terroristic threats and acts;

• Dorties Brown and Marcus Green identity fraud;

• Demario Parham and Terrance Turner possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and marijuana possession (misd). They also had separate obstruction of officer (misd) counts;

• Deontae Holsey and Tarneisha Roberson identity fraud, seven counts financial transaction card fraud and theft by receiving stolen property (misd);

• Demale Hampton and Sherri Saulsberry possession of methamphetamine, cocaine and hydrocodone;

• Carolyn and Courtney Greene possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and tampering with evidence;

• Antonio Barnes and Dreyfus Latimore possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, Barnes for marijuana possession (misd) and Latimore DUI, loud music and seatbelt violations;

• Patsy Young concealing information concerning sexual offender;

• Betty Veal false statements and theft by deception (misd);

• Jerry D. Wood possession clonazepam;

• Chrystyna Willis false statements;

• Samantha Whidby aka Samantha Meeks cruelty to children in first degree;

• Sajid Whatley procure item for inmate and trading with inmates;

• Robert Wayne Stevenson four felony counts of reckless conduct;

• Sherald Mullinax and Joseph D. Thomas aka Robert Eugene Carter two counts felony theft by taking.
