All-Purpose Moving and Storage, LLC will provide moving and storage services and will employ eight employees. The company expects revenues of $100,000 in the first year and will be managed by Mike Trawick.
Old Capital Design and Construction, LLC is a rarity in these parts as it provides professional design and renovation services to clients. The company is led by Renee Johnson who holds a degree in construction management and Jackie Kassler who holds a degree in interior design. The company expects revenue of $500,000 in its first year and will employ three full-time employees.
ServiceMaster Clean is a franchised disaster restoration, commercial and residential cleaning. The company has annual revenues of $500,000 and will employ five full-time employees.
Outdoor Creations is a landscape and irrigation company specializing in patios and outdoor living areas as well as lawn maintenance. The company is a recent acquisition to the R.J.I. company and is headed by Sam Hall.
Converging the companies together under a common marketing plan is the last of the R.J.I. companies, R.J. Marketing, headed by a recent acquisition. Will Jariell, formerly of 119 Chops, will direct marketing for the holdings company and will manage some of the other companies.
The companies will all be located under the roof of the one building, located at 358 Blandy Way. In addition to the full-time employees each company will hire, subcontractors will likely benefit from the one-stop approach that Johnson feels will enable the company to continue to grow.
