— Suspended license

A traffic stop on a black Nissan Sentra occupied by a driver and four unrestrained children resulted in the arrest of Malikah Reeves, 24, for driving on a suspended license around 4 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 112, a sheriff’s report states.

— Forgery

A man reported that since he lost his checkbook in July, someone has forged six checks for a total of $186.21, a sheriff’s report states.

— Entering an auto

A woman reported the theft of her purse from the trunk of her unlocked car on First Street around midnight Thursday, a sheriff’s report states.

— Entering an auto

Someone reported that two customers shoplifted a dress and a shirt from a tanning salon off N. Columbia Street Thursday around 1 p.m., a sheriff’s report states.

— Suspended license

A traffic stop to assist a stranded motorist on Highway 22 resulted in the arrest of Grady Milner Jr., 44, for driving on a suspended license, a sheriff’s report states.
