7 p.m.: The Milledgeville Lions Club meets at the Golden Corral on North Columbia Street.

9 a.m. to 2 p.m.: The Oconee Regional Chapter of Project Linus meets in the Education Center of Park Tower at Oconee Regional Medical Center. Attendees should bring their lunch.
1 p.m.: The American Sewing Guild, Macon Area Chapter, meets at Ingleside United Methodist Church, 3187 Ridge Ave., in Macon. Hellene Vermillion, fabric embellishment artist from Atlanta, will present a demo with sample kits for sale if desired. Admission is free. You may visit two times before joining the Guild. 5:30 p.m.: The Bicycling Club of Milledgeville meets in the parking lot behind Oconee Outfitters for its weekly road ride. Beginner pace for first hour, moderate pace later.

12:30 to 4:30 p.m.: Tri-County EMC, 563 Gray Hwy. in Gray, hosts an AARP Mature Drivers Course Wednesday and Thursday. Attendance both days is required. The cost is $10 per person. 2 to 7 p.m.: American Red Cross blood drive will be held at the Gordon United Methodist Church, 128 Main St., in Gordon. Call (478) 628-2381 for an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome and will be registered as they arrive in the first available appointment slot. Donors who make an appointment will be given head of line privileges provided they arrive within ten minutes of their appointment time. This appointment procedure is an effort by the American Red Cross to reduce donor-waiting time.
5 p.m.: Sinclair Water Authority meets at 126 Cay Drive in Putnam County.
