Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office

— Theft

Someone reported the theft of a change purse left in the back seat of a taxi around midnight Thursday, a sheriff’s report states.

— DUI

Gilberto Rodriguez was arrested and charged with DUI, headlight requirements and driving while unlicensed around 4 a.m. Thursday, a sheriff’s report states.

— Financial transaction card fraud

Someone reported an unauthorized charge of $749 from a company in Atlanta on his bank account sometime Thursday, a sheriff’s report states.

— Burglary

Someone reported the burglary and theft of an air compressor from a storage building on state Route 24 east sometime between July 22 and 31, a sheriff’s report states.

Milledgeville Police Department

— Shoplifting

Someone reported a shoplifter at a clothing store in the 2400 block of North Columbia Street around 2 p.m. Wednesday. The suspect escaped in a silver car, a police report states.

— Burglary

Someone reported several items stolen and some left outside of a rental self-storage unit on Roberson Mill Road sometime between July 18 and July 30, a police report states.
