— Theft
Someone stole a gold wrist watch worth $2,500 from a Pancras Road home between April 16 and Monday, a sheriff’s report states.

— Burglary
Someone stole a 37-inch LCD TV worth $1,770, a laptop computer worth $1,319, a microwave worth $250, a Playstation 2 video game console worth $250, a TV worth $70 and an XBox 360 video game console worth $349 from a Sparta Highway home sometime between Friday and Monday, a sheriff’s report states.

— Theft
Someone stole a refrigerator worth $400 and a stove worth $400 from a Valley Road home sometime between Thursday and Tuesday, a sheriff’s report states.

— Burglary
Someone stole $9,000 in cash from game machines at a pool hall on Fifth Street Sunday night, a sheriff’s report states.

— Burglary
Someone stole three plants worth $100, nine oil paintings worth $8,300, a food platter worth $100, a magnolia tree worth $50 and a trunk worth $100 from a model home on Cypress Oak Trail between Monday and Tuesday, a sheriff’s report states.

— Disorderly conduct
James Edward Tull, 43, of Killings Avenue was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with one count disorderly conduct, a sheriff’s report states.

Milledgeville Police Department

— Forgery-theft by taking
Someone stole a Milledgeville residents checkbook in February and wrote at least $3,500 worth of checks, a police report states.

— Theft by shoplifting
Deena Brighum, 37, of 413 Sparta Highway was arrested for leaving the North Columbia Street location of Wal-Mart without paying for getting her pictures developed Monday. Brighum has four previous shoplifting charges, a police report states.

— Burglary-forced entry
Someone removed a window pane of a South Wilkinson Street business between midnight and 8:26 a.m. Tuesday and took the key to the cash register, a police report states.

— Counterfeiting
A Century Bank employee reported that they had found a counterfeit $50 bill, a police report states.

— Fraud-bad/worthless check
A Milledgeville resident notified police that two former houseguests to the person’s home had attempted to cash a $100 check Sunday between 7 a.m. and 11:50 p.m. from a closed checking account in the complainant’s name, a police report states.

— Theft by shoplifting
Jermaine Shorter, 25, of Sparta was charged with misdemeanor shoplifting for attempting to steal $80 of compact discs from the Kmart located on North Columbia Street Tuesday at 4:30 p.m., a police report states.

— Entering auto
Someone entered an unlocked Pontiac Grand Am parked on North Wilkinson Street Tuesday between 6 and 6:15 p.m. and stole a Kenwood CD player valued at $200, a police report states.

— Contributing to the deprivation of a minor
Fatima Pringle was arrested on two counts of deprivation of a minor when she left her two children at the workplace of the children’s father without notifying him. When police officers contacted Pringle, she refused to meet with police to enter into mediation. Pringle said she was out of town and was afraid that if she returned she would be arrested. Police arrested Pringle when she returned to the father’s place of business and entered into a verbal altercation with him, a police report states.
