9 a.m. to noon: The Fall Line Farmers Market is now open every Saturday morning in the parking lot behind First Presbyterian Church, 210 S. Wayne Street rain or shine. More than a dozen middle-Georgia farmers and producers who live in a 100-mile radius of Milledgeville sell a wide selection of naturally grown, seasonal vegetables; grass-fed beef and lamb; heritage breed pork; free-range eggs; hormone-free dairy products including butter and yogurt; artisan bread and cheese; local honey and preserves; baked goods including specialty cakes; perennial plants and more. Come sample, browse and take advantage of the opportunity to meet and talk with folks who are passionate about providing locally grown, delicious food. 3 p.m.: The Readers Book Club meets at Blackbird Coffee downtown to discuss its current selection. Be prepared to suggest or vote on a book for the group to read. The club is free and open to the community.

Noon to 4 p.m.: Harriet’s Closet, a free supply closet to help fill the needs of cancer patients, is open. The nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients in Central Georgia has relocated next door to Georgia Cancer Specialists building at Oconee Regional Medical Center. 1 to 3 p.m.: Mary Vinson Memorial Library and Digital Bridges host an Open Computer Clinic at the Library. The clinic is designed to teach basic skills to adult beginning computer users.
