MILLEDGEVILLE — Friday, Aug. 30

10 a.m.-noon: Digital Bridges Open Computer Clinic is open in the Knight Community Innovation Center, 127 W. Hancock St. Work station availability is limited. The clinic is designed to teach basic skills to adult beginning computer users. Participants may come with specific questions or for general knowledge. For more information call 478-387-0254 or e-mail colin@thedigitalbridges.org to reserve your slot or to volunteer.

Saturday, Aug. 31

7:30-noon: The Milledgeville Community Garden Association will host Charles Foster, renowned expert in concrete paving, to lead and instruct a volunteer crew to begin a sidewalk and walking trail near the garden at Collins P. Lee Center, 237 Harrisburg Road. If interested in helping call Garden Manager Joe Ward at 478-453-2565.

7:30 a.m.: The Fifth Annual Old Capitol City Classic 5K Road Race and 1-Mile Fun Run will begin with the 1-Mile Fun Run. The event is sponsored by the Oconee Regional Healthcare Foundation and will be held at the Medical Center, 821 N. 9 a.m.: Yoga at the Greenway every Saturday morning. Bring a yoga mat and/or towel. All ages welcome. A $1 to $5 donation is appreciated. For more information, call 478-973-9767.

9 a.m.-noon: The Greenway Farmers Market is held at the Oconee River Greenway, Highway 22 East.

Sunday, Sept. 1

2 p.m.: ABATE of Georgia District 7 for all motorcyclists meets at AP's Hidden Hideaway on Broadway in Macon. 478-451-9870.

Monday, Sept. 2

All non-emergency departments will be closed in observance of Labor Day.
