Baldwin County Schools will hold kindergarten registration for children 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2013. Mark the Magic Man will host a benefit performance at 7 p.m. Saturday, March 16 at the Baldwin Fine Arts Center. Proceeds from the performance will go to the Baldwin GIVES program. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under. VIP seating, which includes reserved seats on the first three rows and a backstage pass to meet and greet the cast, are $25. Ocmulgee Court Appointed Special Advocates is looking for volunteers for its next training session. CASA is a non-profit organization that works with abused and neglected children that have found themselves involved in the court system through no fault of their own. These children need a voice in court and that is the role of CASA to see that these children have an opportunity to have their voices heard and to received services needed.
