5:30 p.m.: The Milledgeville Music Club will hold their business meeting in Porter room 228 on Georgia College’s campus. The meeting will then move to Max Noah Auditorium for a recital by scholarship winner, Erlencia Mumphrey.

10 a.m.: Oconee Valley Family YMCA meets at People’s Bank at Harmony Road and Highway 44.
Noon to 4 p.m.: Harriet’s Closet, a free supply closet to help fill the needs of cancer patients, is open. The nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients in Central Georgia has relocated next door to Georgia Cancer Specialists building at Oconee Regional Medical Center. 1 to 3 p.m.: Mary Vinson Memorial Library and Digital Bridges host a Computer Clinic at the Library by appointment only. The clinic is designed to teach basic skills to adult beginning computer users. Participants may come with specific questions or for general knowledge. 3 p.m.: “The Mourning After” a bereavement group sponsored by Hospice Care Options is held at the First Baptist Church on South Liberty Street in Milledgeville. The event is free and open to the public. (478) 453-8572.

6 p.m.: Digital Bridges will host an “Intro to iPad” class. The class will focus on basics, including: primary iPad components, e-mail, touch screen typing, keyboard controls, basic and included applications and web browsing. If interested in the course but you do not own an iPad there are iPads available for reservation.
