MILLEDGEVILLE — The UGA Extension office is offering assistance to local residents seeking to enroll in health coverage throught he Health Insurance Marketplace. The deadline to apply for coverage is March 31. To get assistance or make an appointment to enroll in coverage, contact Tammy Allen, UGA Navigator for Johnson, Laurens, Twiggs, Wilkinson, Bibb, Jones, Peach, Houston, Baldwin, Putnam and Jasper, at 706-424-1395 or at tallen5@uga.edu. The Lions Club will hold a fundraising Spaghetti Dinner at Crockett’s Cafeteria Feb. 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased from Lions Club members or at Crockett’s.

AARP Foundation TaxAide volunteers will be in the area from Feb. 2 through April 15. To apply visit www.aarp.org/taxaide.

A free notary public training will take place March 6 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Baldwin County court house. To reserve your spot call 478-445-6324.

All high school students in Georgia’s 10th Congressional District are invited to participate in the 2014 Congressional Art Competition. The winning artist will be recognized nationally and be eligible for a collegiate art scholarship. For competition guidelines visit www.broun.house.gov/kids/art.htm. Deadline is April 1. Thursday, Feb. 27

10 a.m.-2 p.m.: Harriet's Closet, a free supply closet to help fill the needs of cancer patients, is open. The nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients in Central Georgia has relocated next door to Georgia Cancer Specialists at Oconee Regional Medical Center. 11:45 a.m.: The Civitan Club of Baldwin County meets second and fourth Thursdays at the Golden Corral. Civitan's main thrust worldwide is helping the physically and/or mentally challenged. Noon: The Rotary meets at the Country Club.

Noon: The Eatonton Kiwanis Club meets at Central Georgia Tech on the James Marshall bypass.

1 p.m.: The Eatonton Duplicate Bridge Club, an official member of the American Contract Bridge League, meets at the Eatonton Performing Arts Center at Madison Avenue in Eatonton. Come with a partner or e-mail Pat Turney at turney@plantationcable.net for a possible partner match.

2-5 p.m.: Free HIV testing at 900 Barrows Ferry Road. 478-445-5518.

5-7 p.m.: Milledgeville Lions Club holds it annual spaghetti supper at Crockett’s. Tickets are $7.

6:30 p.m.: The Old Capitol Optimist Club meets at the Golden Corral Restaurant on North Columbia Street. Interested citizens are welcome.

7:30 p.m.: Lake Country Twirlers is a square dance club that meets at the Harmony Association Building on Highway 44. 7:30 p.m.: Bingo is held at the American Legion Post 523 on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Refreshments will be sold. 478-452-1611.

8 p.m.:  Georgia College Theatre Department presents “Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka,” a story for families and audiences of all ages at Russell Auditorium.
