MILLEDGEVILLE — Shiloh Baptist Church, 204 Harrisburg Road, will hold a health fair Feb. 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The public is invited. There will be blood pressure, blood sugar, hearing and visual screenings. Other free assessments will be available. There will also be domestic violence education and healthy lifestyle information.

The Lions Club will hold a fundraising Spaghetti Dinner at Crockett’s Cafeteria Feb. 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased from Lions Club members or at Crockett’s.

AARP Foundation TaxAide volunteers will be in the area from Feb. 2 through April 15. To apply visit www.aarp.org/taxaide.

A free notary public training will take place March 6 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Baldwin County court house. To reserve your spot call 478-445-6324.

All high school students in Georgia’s 10th Congressional District are invited to participate in the 2014 Congressional Art Competition. The winning artist will be recognized nationally and be eligible for a collegiate art scholarship. For competition guidelines visit www.broun.house.gov/kids/art.htm. Deadline is April 1. Thursday, Feb. 20

8:30 a.m.: The Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce Full Board meets in the Chamber Boardroom at 130 S. Jefferson St.

10 a.m.-2 p.m.: Harriet's Closet, a free supply closet to help fill the needs of cancer patients, is open. The nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients in Central Georgia has relocated next door to Georgia Cancer Specialists at Oconee Regional Medical Center. Noon: The Rotary meets at the Country Club.

Noon: The Eatonton Kiwanis Club meets at Central Georgia Tech on the James Marshall bypass.

1 p.m.: The Eatonton Duplicate Bridge Club, an official member of the American Contract Bridge League, meets at the Eatonton Performing Arts Center at Madison Avenue in Eatonton. Come with a partner or e-mail Pat Turney at turney@plantationcable.net for a possible partner match.

4-5 p.m.: Open House is held for the Milledgeville office of Congressman Paul Broun, located on the fourth floor of the Powell Building at Central State Hospital.

2-5 p.m.: Free HIV testing at 900 Barrows Ferry Road. 478-445-5518.

5:30-7 p.m.: The Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce hosts Business After Hours. Call 478-453-9311 for the location.

6:30 p.m.: The John Milledge Chapter, Sons of the American Revolution, meet at the Milledgeville Country Club.

7 p.m.: The Milledgeville Lions Club meets at the Golden Corral on North Columbia Street.

7:30 p.m.: Lake Country Twirlers is a square dance club that meets at the Harmony Association Building on Highway 44. 7:30 p.m.: Bingo is held at the American Legion Post 523 on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Refreshments will be sold. 478-452-1611.
