MILLEDGEVILLE — The Baldwin County Democratic Committee is hosting a forum on Affordable Healthcare reform Nov. 14 at 6 p.m. at GC’s Peabody Auditorium.

Creative Expressions presents Thriller: A Tribute to Michael Jackson Nov. 14 at 6 p.m. at the Goldstein Center of GMC, S. Elbert St. The event is free, but donations are appreciated.

Allied Arts will host the exhibition Speaking Highly of the South by Stan Strickland until Nov. 15. It will also accept entries to its Big Click competition Nov. 12-15. The Morris-Little Post 6 American Legion, 231 Log Cabin Road, will host an auction to benefit the post and all its programs. The auction will begin at 9 a.m. Nov. 16. The GC Max Noah Singers will present an “Empire State Evening” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 16. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $7 for GC faculty, staff and seniors, students are permitted for free. All proceeds benefit music scholarships. For more information call 478-445-8289.

The sixth annual Sara Willoughby Memorial Alex’s Lemonade Stand will be held Nov. 18-23 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. each day in the Park Tower lobby at Oconee Regional Medical Center. Proceeds benefit the program which helps fund childhood cancer research.

The Oconee Regional Symphony Orchestra will host a fundraiser at Chick-fil-a Nov. 19 from 5-8 p.m. Members of the orchestra will perform holiday music inside the restaurant.

New Born Faith Cathedral, 111 Hardwick St., will hold a Fall Festival Nov. 22 from 5 to 10 p.m. There will be free food, live music, games and prizes. The festival is free.

A fundraiser benefiting Eugene “Mutt” Taylor will take place Nov. 23 at Foster’s Meat Market, 810 S. Elbert St. from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Barbecue chicken or fish plates will be sold for $7. For more information call 478-251-7493.
