2 to 6 p.m.: NattyCoco, Natural Confident Confirmed, presents The Middle Georgia Natural Experience, an expo that will take place at La Fete, 571 N.W. Hammock Road. The expo will feature: healthy living, pampering, hair care education, shopping, food, entertainment and photo and video opportunities. Noon to 4 p.m.: Harriet’s Closet, a free supply closet to help fill the needs of cancer patients, is open. The nonprofit organization dedicated to helping cancer patients in Central Georgia has relocated next door to Georgia Cancer Specialists building at Oconee Regional Medical Center. 1 to 3 p.m.: Mary Vinson Memorial Library and Digital Bridges host an Open Computer Clinic at the Library. The clinic is designed to teach basic skills to adult beginning computer users. 6 p.m.: “The Mourning After” a bereavement group sponsored by Hospice Care Options and the GC Psychology Department is held in room 1-15 in the GC Arts and Sciences Building. The event is free and open to the public. (478) 453-8572.

7 p.m.: A “Happy, Healthy Y’all” Middle Georgia conference will be held at the Fairfield Inn, 2631-A N. Columbia St. The conference will feature information on weight loss, how to improve energy levels, keeping fit and getting fit and how to stay youthful.
