Criminal Damage to Property

A deputy reported to a residence in the 100 block of Lake Drive June 2 in reference to damage to a vehicle. Upon arrival he spoke with the owner of the car, who informed the deputy that she discovered a seven inch crack in the lower left windshield of her silver Mazda Protégé. She added that she believes her ex-boyfriend could have been the one to cause the damage.

Disorderly Conduct

An employee at a North Columbia Street department store reported the attempted theft of her cellphone by her spouse, occurring June 2. The woman told the deputy that she and her husband had been arguing. He was seen showing up at her place of employment and taking her cellphone from her vehicle. When notified of his actions, she confronted him and an argument ensued in the parking lot.
