Theft by Taking
May 27, an officer spoke with a man about a stolen laptop. He told the officer that his HP Pavilion laptop computer was stolen from a North Warren Street church April 27 sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.
Police were dispatched to a North Wilkinson Street address May 27 in reference to a burglary that occurred sometime between May 23 and May 27. Upon arriving they spoke with a man who reported after returning to the apartment after Memorial Day weekend, he observed his front door was cracked open. Once inside, he noticed that a 28-inch Insigna brand flat screen TV, an Xbox 360 game console, two video games, and approximately 20 DVDs were missing from the residence.
